Run the .exe and follow the installer. If Windows SmartScreen warns you, click "More info" → "Run anyway" (common for new apps until the certificate builds reputation). Prefer silent install? Use Vectora-Setup.exe /S. The .msi integrates with Apps & Features — useful for IT-managed rollouts.
macOS

Drag Vectora.app into the Applications folder. If Gatekeeper blocks it from opening, run xattr -cr /Applications/Vectora.app once in Terminal.
